CALL FOR APPLICATION: ERASMUS + STAFF MOBILITY AT UNIVERSITY OF ORADEA
The National University of Science and Technology (NUST)and University of Oradea have successfully
applied for staff exchange mobility program under the Erasmus + program funded by the European
Union. The project covers Fibre and Polymer Materials Engineering, Textiles & Clothing and Leather
Technology. Interested staff members of the National University of Science and Technology are invited
to apply for single mobility offered to a National University of Science and Technology lecturer, to visit
University of Oradea, Romania for a period ranging from 7 days to 10 days (maximum). The mobility
must be taken in the 2024-2026 academic year.
The successful candidate will be expected to fund their air travel and visa which will be refunded upon
arrival at the University of Oradea. The experience to be gained through this staff training mobility
consists of sharing best practices, exchanging ideas, developing innovative student-focused teaching
strategies, developing new research skills and building new networks of international contacts.
Selection criteria:
For one to be eligible to take part in the mobility, he/she must:
Be a tenured lecturer or researcher in Fibre and Polymer Materials Engineering, Textile &
Clothing and /or Leather Technology at NUST.
Have proof of university teaching experience of at least 5 years.
Have published at least 5 papers (journal and conference), in Fibre and Polymer Materials
Engineering, Textile & Clothing and/or Leather Technology.
Provide a motivation essay of approximately 350 words for taking part in the mobility.
Have experience in supervision of projects in Fibre and Polymer Materials Engineering, Textile
& Clothing and/or Leather Technology.
The Application must also include:
1. Europass CV
2. Copy of passport (Valid up to at least 31 July 2026).
